I have had so many people interested in nutrition and health coaching who could not afford traditional services.

  • Classes start at $15. Prices may vary if other professionals are included in the class (such as a licensed therapist).

    Classes are set at an affordable price to ensure that everyone can have access to our various resources.

  • If you are trying to figure out what you need to do to "get your life together", this is the PERFECT class for you!

    We will discuss:

    -Factors holding you back from your health goals

    -How to create a plan that WORKS for you

    -Building a sustainable daily schedule to have time for wellness

    -Navigating HEALTH TRENDS to know what YOU need to do.

    This Class may NOT be the best fit for you if…

    You have an immediate medical need that requires 1-1 medical attention.

    You are currently in an eating disorder treatment program.

  • Yes! However, you can opt to purchase the RECORDING to watch at your leisure with 24/7 access (even if you did not join the live)

  • Classes have a limited amount of spots to ensure everyone has room to ask questions.

    Classes will be presented on Zoom.

    Prior to the class, you will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the class topic.

    Classes will run for 1 hour 30 minutes.

    You will have the ability to chat with others and discuss your wellness goals during class.

  • New classes usually run monthly. Join our newsletter to know whenever a new class is coming.

  • This approach helps you to consider how your lifestyle may be affecting your health and eating patterns (such as sleep habits, stress, relationships, etc.)
